Second time ordering this tape. It works good and is very budget friendly

Overall, this is a great product. There are some things to be noted which is why I only gave it four stars. First of all it is unforgiving. If you mess up, it is very difficult to do it again so you might have to use more than anticipated. Second, it is not padded, simply a sticky silicone wrap. Some grip tape is a little padded, but this one isn't. Third, it has a plastic odor, but it will subside over time. All that being said, it definitely suits our needs and will save our hands when my husband and I weight train. Plus, it's a good product for the price.

Works well! My Bowflex dumbbell handle (rubber) finally lost its “grip” and would around and I’d get the black residue from it and finally got tired of it. (Mind you I’ve had this dumbbells for over ten years!!) So I search around and found this tape it works well and I’ve had it on for a few months and still hold on strong! I got the bigger size but if you’re just doing something this small I suggest the smaller size one. (Unless you think you’ll mess up putting it on lol)

This is what I call grip tape! If you are looking for 100% hand grip especially on a pull up bar, this is the grip tape for you. I can grip overhand, false grip, normal grip and it allows me to really focus on muscle engagement for overloading and building strength without grip being the limiting factor as more weight is added. The minor annoyance with application of the tape to the bar is the plastic that covers the tape on one side. You have to peel and apply simultaneously which slows down the process but probably protects the tape from sticking to itself. The stickiness is apparent until it’s wrapped and tension applied so don’t worry about it sticking to your hand during application. Once you action apply pressure during gripping is where the grip kicks in. I’m buying more for my pull up bar in the garage and Olympic rings. I will not buy another brand after experiencing this one.

The tape did an excellent job re-gripping my old tennis racket. Its tacky even when my hands are wet

Very poor value for the cost. This is Extremely overpriced. $9.99 for a 10 foot roll, and that was at a 28% discount. There should be 3-4 times that length for this price. There’s no doubt the company realizes the instructions tell you to overlap each wrap by 1/2 to 2/3 the tape width plus double wrap the end wraps. You can’t get any coverage out of a ten foot roll, so for that coverage at that price it’s an extreme ripoff. Paying $25.00 for a 35 foot roll isn’t any better, their 35 foot roll should be $9.99. There’s no way it costs them anywhere near what they currently charge to produce this tape. Aside from that is seems sturdy enough but I don’t have enough time using it to assess durability yet. But certainly was now looking for more economical options for the rest of my equipment.

This stuff is amazing and provides a nice grip, but you will need a lot of it, so always get more than you think you will need.

Excellent tape, feels like it isn't there but gives you lots of grip. The doesn't go too far and it's really expensive though so you need to plan out how you're going to use it.
