How many grams of fiber are in each stick

Dietary fiber 3 grams, Soluble fiber 3 grams

It states i can mix it in a drink. what does it do to coffee? any taste? does it thicken the coffee?

There is no taste to Benefiber. I have used for several years and drink it with my morning coffee with no taste difference.

I only need to purchase one box for $9.39. Why at check out, must I choose two boxes for $18? There should be a way for me to only buy one box.

I am seeing both 1 and 2 box options on this listing. But not at that much better price you are noting

The correct name for this product is Nutrisource Fiber. It should be noted that a product called Benefiber, manufactured by Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) contains wheat dextrin (as listed in the ingredients label) and is chametz and one should not eat or possess this product on Passover. Another product called Benefiber, manufactured by Novartis and sold in Israel, contains guar gum (as listed on the ingredients label) and is chametz-free.”

I love this fiber supplement. It is easy to mix with either hot or cold drinks. I usually mix it with my protein shake and collagen powder for my breakfast. It really helps with my digestion being on GLP1 medication.
