Bought on prime days so I could afford a case. Omg this is a beautiful product! Zero added junk. Organic. Mct products are key for my diet I follow for health and weight loss ss. Even good in coffee! Chia pudding made with this was so good even my husband loved it!! Add vanilla and a few grains of French salt and maple syrup for ultra healthy type 2 protien breakfast boost. . Perfect! I have used in Thai soup, smoothies, baked goods not requiring proteins or milk enzymes ( instead of water or juice) and it's perfect. 19% fat makes it slightly creamy but not like others with added gums Or cocoanut cream. The price was excellent and prime delivered the heavy box safely without any damaged cans. Best food purchase from Amazon..EVER.

Update 09/14/20: Just bought a case and almost all of the cans were very dented. I opened 2 of the cans and they were gritty/oily and smelled like sulfur! Completely bad. I returned the case and won’t buy this product again. I have just purchased one case, but this was the best coconut milk I have ever bought. It has so much thick cream and tastes delicious. Like all natural coconut milk, it isn’t smooth and pretty, but it makes it up in flavor. None of my cans were dented. I will be stocking up with this brand. Chocolate Pudding Recipe: Melt 5 ounces dark chocolate in one can’s worth coconut milk in the microwave. Mix well and pour into a bowl and put in the fridge. This makes the most luscious pudding. Add vanilla, almond extract, toasted coconut, or coffee for additional flavor. Rich and creamy and so easy!

This brand changes their formulation frequently; the product is very inconsistent in taste, composition, and quality. Most recently, each can consists of perhaps 20% coconut oil. It definitely separates between a chalky white liquid and solid coconut oil (not coconut extract). This indicates more purity than when it was creamy (an indication of unreported guar) and I happen to prefer coconut oil to additives, but actual coconut extract would be better. If I wanted coconut oil, it is easily obtained on its own. As it stands, this “milk” is very oily. However, I do NOT react to it and from its appearance, I believe that the ingredients are clean and that there is indeed CURRENTLY no guar as the label states. Pleasant taste and texture in coconut milk is a luxury when you have sensitivity to additives, so I will continue to buy this brand, at least for now.

In the past, I have had to re-warm this coconut milk in order to get the fat mixed back in with the more liquid part. The first can in this batch is amazing. Even after being refrigerated, the fat stays mixed in pretty well. I am really enjoying this batch. I hope all the cans are like this. The one complaint I have had in the past is that the product is not consistent. The fat is hard in the can, without refrigeration, I have to warm it up to get the fat mixed in. Then, when I refrigerate it, the fat separates and is hard, not soft. I don't know what they did to it this time. I see no difference in the ingredients. The label says no guar gum has been added. The ingredients are: organic coconut extract and purified water..
