If you wear a half size do you go up or down

I wear a 10 1/2 Wide and ordered a size 11. They are rather roomy. Since I wear them mostly without socks, I probably could have gone down to a size 10 and been alright.

Where were they manufactured? Are they Chinese or American?

There are not 1/2 sizes. If my husband wears a 9 1/2 what size should I order?

I would recommend ordering size 10. This shoe tends to run small. I normally wear an 11.5 and ordered a 12 and it was still tight until broken in.

Can you wear socks with these? I want to wear them indoors around the house.
