Absolutely brilliant. The size makes all the difference when dealing with cramps. Most period pain patches assume you have a very small area of pain (why?), but this covers the entire lower abdomen, which meant for the first time ever I got the same relief as a hot water bottle, without having to carry it around (which is impossible - you can't go about your daily life with a hot water bottle). I could actually continue doing things, rather than being curled up in pain. No problems with it staying in place, and it didn't get too hot. Expensive, given that you have to throw it away after a single use, but this is the only option for going out of the house. Also, it lasted all day long.

We found these to give heat to the back for about 12 hours. They were not too bulky and able to go about freely. Iam sure that for a pulled muscle these would be great to ease the pain.

I got these to discretely wear at work on the days when my bad back is very painful. I can't believe how hot they get! They last a good 12 hours (the last few hours are not as hot but still effective). The heat pad is large enough to cover most of the lumber area and is very comfortable to wear. They worked well for me and take the edge off my pain for most of the day enabling me to work. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the price! At around £25 on offer or £28.99 full price for 8 disposable heat pads. Sadly It is to expensive for me to use as often as I would like. I will use them sparingly when my back pain is at its worst. (At home I use reusable alternatives but they are not suitable to work in)

Great for sudden back pain. I know they are only for 12 hour relief, but I often use one for the second day....not so much heat, but still helps with recovery. My skin reacts to patches, so these are great

I have never used heat packs like these before. The belt has velcro fastening and stays in place for as long as you use it. The heat is so comforting and stays for the promised 12 hours. I have slept all night with it on over a tee shirt. The first night I had it on since it got delivered apx at 16.00 and it was still warm at 8.00 the next morning. I have ordered more today and am very glad I found them.

I bought these to ease pain in my lower back but recently had some muscle pain on my thigh. I strapped one over my thermal leggings on my thigh at 4 A.M. & by 4 P.M. Was still toasty. The same pad is now around my lower back & still very warm...BONUS !.

Echte aanrader bij lage rugklachten. Blijft minstens 12 uur warm. Blijft goed zitten. Top artikel!

Mi sembra un ottimo prodotto: dopo aver applicato la cintura termica nella parte interessata, in circa 15 minuti raggiunge una temperatura elevata (ma non troppo: NON scotta e NON brucia) che dà una sensazione di calore molto piacevole. Dura circa 12 ore e anche un po' di più se viene tenuto sotto i vestiti: l'importante è che non sia a contatto diretto con la pelle ma sopra una maglietta . Per tutta la durata si prova un gradito alleviamento del dolore , il ché consente di eseguire i movimenti desiderati senza percepire troppo fastidio. Sia chiaro: non cura il problema ma aiuta a vivere la giornata senza troppi fastidi e a mantenere il dolore sotto certi limiti. Ho provato altri prodotti simili ma hanno una durata inferiore (circa 8-10 ore) quindi questa cintura mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso.

Der Ischias und ich stehen im Moment auf Kriegsfuß 🙈 Aber dieser Gürtel macht den Alltag viel einfacher. Super Tragekomfort, hält gute 9 Stunden richtig warm (dann klingt es langsam ab), und ist super flexibel. Die "Kammern" sind schön groß und decken eine große Fläche ab. Und bei frostigen Temperaturen ein zusätzlicher Körperwärmer.

Funcionan MUY MUY MUY BIEN. Calor constante. 8 horas (no 12 como indica), pero un gran resultado. Magníficas para lumbalgias. Un 10!!!!

C'est impressionnant, ca fait un bien fou. Ca chauffe très fort, presque trop. l’installation est facile, comme une ceinture. et après on sent la chaleur monter. c'est surprenant. Je l'ai testé aussi pour le bas du cou, ca marche aussi. Attention toutefois à la chaleur, il faut vraiment la mettre sur un vêtement, style tee shirt. La boite , une fois ouverte montrent des sachets. Les ceintures sont emballées individuellement dans des sachets hermétiques a l'air et au soleil, avec mode d'emploi sur chacun. Elles tiennent bien 12 h, meme si la chaleur diminue progressivement. Merci aux concepteurs, c'est vraiment efficace pour les mal de dos.
