Incredibly happy. It is a perfect size, matches the colours I chose and feels more solid than I expected so that is pleasing. We went for the 300 balls and that is just right. My one year old daughter absolutely loves it and is able to climb in and out herself. I wonder how the sides of the ball pit will fair after some use but time will tell…

This is better than expected. Bought this for my sons christening and was expecting your generic soft play, but that's not the case. It's huge, soft, comfortable and adaptable. The different pieces can make dens and tunnels. The steps allow my 8 month old to climb on and off the couch too. Its so versatile. It also has zips so you can clean the fabric. Only thing I would say is it is bigger than I anticipated and had to clear a large space in my livingroom for it to fit. Amazing product and good quality. We love it.

Got for my twin daughters first birthday yesterday. They do absolutely love it and i am happy with it, however, the ball pit edges could be slighty more sturdy as when they get in and out the balls spill out where the edges fold, along with the tunnel as they want to try and stand up against it but end up falling over. The slope, steps and tunnel insert are very sturdy and easy for them to use. Fabric is soft and removable for washing. I really do like this but for nearly £170 (got 300 balls) i would have liked more foam pieces, maybe some of the smaller foam blocks included. Overall its a really nice thing for them to have that they love, but not really enough to justify the price. If i had more children in the future, i wouldnt buy it again simply because it is extortionate for what it is.

Bought this for my 17 month old who likes to climb, great purchase with washable cotton material. The ball pit is soft enough for the sides to collapse when weight is on it making it easy for the little one to get in and out.

Amazing soft play set for younger children. We bought it for our daughters first birthday and she absolutely loves it! Good size and sturdy foam (our 5 year old squishes it a bit, he is only allowed in the ball pit) but perfect for younger children to explore, balance and have great fun.

Brought this for my little girls first birthday and she loves it doesn’t stop climbing and exploring with it it’s made her much faster on her feet tho and mummy can’t keep up lol 😝 it’s a great buy great quality and easy to clean

De très bonne qualité! Une belle quantité de balle! Mon fils adore et malgré les mois qui passent, cela reste en très bon état!

O parque é excelente e tem muito boa qualidade, é ideal para bebés e crianças pequeninas. Só peca por alguns dos modulos não serem mais rígidos de modo a permitirem que as crianças se apoiem neles. Por exemplo a piscina para as bolas é toda em espuma, portanto não serve para o bebé / criança a aprender a andar se consiga apoiar nela para se erguer. Era algo que queriamos para incentivar a bebé a levantar-se por si própria, infelizmente não tem estrutura interna para suportar o pouco peso dela. No entanto, é otima para brincar.

Lieferung erfolgte in 2 großen Kartons - bestellt war Pink/Rosa/Grau, geliefert wurde das Bällebad korrekt, aber die Bausteine in einer anderen Farbe. Ich hatte sofort mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen, da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk war und die richtige Ersatzlieferung dringend benötigt wurde. Diese haben sofort reagiert und mir die Rücksende-Unterlagen zugeschickt. Nachdem ich am selben Tag die Retoure abgegeben hatte, kam 3 Werktage später und rechtzeitig der korrekte Ersatz an. Also ein großes Lob an den Kundenservice, die Kommunikation war immer gut, verständlich und schnell! Das Bällebad selber kann aus einer eckigen Verpackung natürlich nicht sofort rund herauskommen, musste sich etwas "entfalten". Bezüge sind alle abnehmbar und waschbar. Stoffqualität ist weiches Baumwoll-Jersey. (Ergänzung nach 3/4 Jahr: 2 Reißverschlüsse sind inzwischen kaputt, scheint nicht so gute Qualität zu sein) Wie lange es die Form behält, wird sich noch zeigen. Schaumstoff des Bades ist weich, aber nicht super stabil. Aber das ist gut bei kleinen Kindern, da dadurch keine Verletzungsgefahr besteht. Die 300 Bälle füllen 3/4 des Wanne aus, also ideal zum Drinsitzen oder Verstecken. Sie sind sehr leicht, aber stabil und ohne scharfe Stellen. Die Bausteine sind stabil, aber weich. Ob sich im Laufe der Monate dort Risse oder Brüche ergeben, kann ich auch nicht voraussagen. Jedenfalls konnte ich keinen chemischen oder unangenehmen Geruch feststellen. Deshalb erhält es alles in Allem 5 gute Sterne.
