Yall I will NEVER stop ranting about this cleanser. My dermatologist recommended it to me when I was in middle school, and I've never gone back. I am now a sophomore in college and still use it every day (two times a day). Forget the fancy stuff, this is the only cleanser you will need! For background, I have SUPER sensitive skin, acne-prone skin. I've also been on Acutane twice. This stuff leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. I will most likely never buy a different cleanser again; it's just that good! My only con is that it does an okay job in removing makeup, in my opinion. I would recommend a two-step cleansing routine.

Absolutely love this facial cleanser. It's creamy and hydrating. I don't like foamy facial cleansers as it's so hard to remove all the soap and definitely don't like exfoliating cleansers because those little sand like particles are hard to remove. Always some lurking around the hairline. This is perfect, even better than the gel cleanser I used to use. Will definitely be buying again. Don't change a thing.

I normally use the Neutrogena Sensitive Skin creamy wash but decided to try this one. If it is moisturizing, it is very slight. Still definitely need a moisturizer because my face feels dry and taut after washing, but maybe slightly less so than with the other wash. I will say it is extremely gentle! I have atopic dermatitis that flares up if I get most anything near my eye area, except this face wash. I can use it with no concern. For that reason alone, I may stick with this one over the other.

My dermatologist discovered how much money I was spending on luxury skincare like Tatcha, Sunday Riley, Dermalogica, and Biologique Recherche and not getting the results I wanted, and she told me "stop buying this stuff! Those formulas are lovely, all those expensive ingredients, but you don't need all that to clear your skin and they may actually be irritating you". She prescribed Tazorac to prevent cystic acne, which is like topical Accutane without all the rawness & flaking, Dapsone gel 7.5% for any texture or little bumps that arise along the hairline and jawline, this Neutrogena Milky Cleanser, Neutrogena Micellar Water (because I double cleanse) and Neutrogena water cream moisturizer and my skin has been smooth ever since I switched. My pocket book appreciates the relief.

Just as the description says, very good quality, it does not have a bad smell, this product is recommended and reliable.

This stuff saved my teenage boy's face. He was constantly trying new things to get rid of his pimples and this facewash with the soothing milk is the only thing that worked.

I usually love Neutrogena products but this one has my face breaking out. I like the feel of the product and was hoping it would be a new option. I don't think I will be reordering.

I am on my second bottle of this product, and I absolutely love it!! It makes my face feel so soft, yet does not leave my skin feeling weighed down. This is important to me as I do not use a lot of products on my skin, to begin with as I do not like the "heavy feeling" most products will cause. It has improved the condition of my skin and has improved its overall appearance. I recommend this product to any female dealing with dry skin or aging skin.
