These probiotics are easy to take, and the capsules are a good size. The bottle arrived well sealed, I like that you get a good number of capsules (60) for the price. I’m still taking them I bought them mainly because I had been on antibiotics for ten days due to an infection, so my doctor recommended them. I hope they help.

The way that I know it works for me is that I’ve gone periods without using it, anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months, for various reasons, even trying other-more affordable products, and while not using Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics I have noticed issues of gut irritability, poor digestion, poor gut motility and irregularity. Sometimes a recommended dosage on the bottle is insufficient but consult your physician to determine what dosage is correct for you.
