Good Taste Korean Traditional Sagol Broth Coin 3.5g x 30 tablets (105g) / Basic Base Soup Stock 한국산 사골 코인 육수

I really enjoy seolleongtang style broths and these Sagol Coin Broth tabs are just what I was looking for. The ingredients are solid and the coins provide a good amount of flavor, not just salt bombs. One coin is good for personal size soup/ramen base, could use more for larger projects. I don't love ginger and was worried that flavor would be prominent, but it blends and isn't really discerned. Totally recommend, These aren't cheap but they are useful for solo use or to add that extra something to cooking projects.

They dissolve in boiling water in about 3 minutes, but little expensive.

This is hands down the most delicious bone brother on the market, here's a hint....while still in the pkg. hit it with a object ,small hammer etc, to break it up. I use 3-one cup of boiling water, a 1/2 tsp really good soy sauce, and a bit of creamy ginger paste. Absolutely amazing

I can use it in any hot food for a flavor I love it

I actually saw this on TikTok, where they made individual hot pot soups to freeze in containers and this was the suggested broth. We didn’t actually enjoy the flavor of it and probably would get a different type of flavor or a seafood flavor. There was just something a little off on it. I don’t think it was as robust as we were expecting. They are individually packaged broth capsules, so that makes it convenient when you don’t have to use an entire package.

simple and easy to use, the only problem is that one tablet can only make one small bowl.
