what i needed
worked well. My engine oil was leaking. Dealer wanted an arm and a leg to replace gasket. It took a while to get to it, but it fit well and so far no leaks - its been about 2 weeks.

Gasket failed after a week
Valve cover was torque properly when installed. One corner of gasket failed and cause major oil leak after a week.
