Best computer I have had
Bought this reconditioned laptop mainly for music as I DJ line dance events and a radio show. The screen quality is fabulous, love the touch screen and it does everything I need it to.

Poor battery life
Battery life of the laptop is poor, it is always close to little to no charge even with minimal usage. I was expecting much better quality however I am disappointed. I will give it afew more weeks before I make a decision ( may possibly return).

Stick with the win 10 version, hp doesn’t support win 11 on this model
More expensive than win 10 pro version but hp don’t support win 11 pro with drivers so it won’t windows update properly. 2 were returned after getting stuck in an update loop that couldn’t complete. Return was reallly well handled though. It was worth a go as I’ve had 30 or more of the win 10 version with no problems…
