Insanely delicious!! 🤤 beware
Wow, how do I start? OK so first thing, I really don’t like truffles I don’t like the odd moldy flavor so I was very apprehensive, but my husband wanted to try them. I don’t know how they do it, but the flavor of the truffle accentuates the salt and there’s just a richness and umami flavor that comes from these chips. It’s like a special treat every time you eat them with a sandwich. These chips will always, always be in my cabinet!!

Deliciously truffly
If you don't like strong truffle flavor then these chips aren't for you, they pack a good punch of that wonderful truffly flavor. It strong but not so strong that you'd be coughing your eyes out eating them, a little too salty but overall a nice side for a good sandwich

Incredibly delicious
If you aren't a fan of truffle, you may not like these. But I find them so good, I can't keep them on hand all the time. They have a serious crunch without tearing up the inside of my mouth, and a perfect amount of salt, and a whisper of truffle. Gotta love it.

Pretty good
These have a unique taste which I expected to be a strong truffle flavor but sadly are not. Still I liked the unique, but slightly over salty flavor.

Tastes good!
Great tasting truffle flavored chips!

Mid
Just okay. Not much truffle flavor. Tastes like the salt and pepper chips but a quarter of the seasoning.

Misleading “truffle” flavor is mostly garlic and onion, with no noticeable truffle flavor
These chips don’t taste like truffle whatsoever, so that was the first disappointment. What you get instead is a watered‑down sour‑cream‑and‑onion flavor, which I dislike, and even people who do enjoy sour cream & onion won’t be happy because the seasoning is more like a suggestion of sour cream and onion than a flavor. Strangely, the only thing that is strong is the salt — they’re noticeably too salty.I noticed some reviewers saying they don’t usually like truffle but they like these. Honestly, that makes perfect sense: there’s no truffle flavor here to dislike. If you do like truffle, you’ll be disappointed; if you like sour cream & onion, you’ll wonder where the seasoning went. Truffle is last on the ingredient list, and I assume it's such a small amount that it's only to fulfill the legal requirement as the truffle taste is just as nonexistent. Not surprising is that onion, garlic, sugar and citric acid are all much higher on the ingredient list - the ingredients in sour cream and onion!
