Holds great.
I love this tape for basting when I sew. It holds on fabric very well. It's a great value for a small amount of money. It's very easy to use and doesn't add bulk to your seam. The roll goes a long ways. It's great! And it washes away when you no longer need it.

Sticks better than the wonder tape.
Just as good if not better than the other wonder. Totally worth it!

Works
Looking to reorder. This tape washes out easily, sticks sufficiently (better on smoother fabrics) , and does not gum up my needle. Great help and has made my hand basting with a needle and thread less, holds buttons for machine sewing and really helps with zippers.

So Glad This Exists!
A friend needed a knit under skirt cut10โ and hemmed. I remembered I had this and it made the task super easy! Easy to use and sticks well on both sides. Was undetectable in the hem when finished.

Not two rolls - Not 1/4 inch
I received only one roll in my order, and its 1/2 inch instead of the 1/4 inch, and yes it really does make a difference when sewing. the tape does not stick to fabric easily. I have to rub it in and hope that I can pick at it enough to lift only the paper and not the glue. Also, i have to replace my needles or try to keep the tape out of the seam line. It makes a mess and causes the needle to stick, which leaves ugly skipped stitches. Have rubbing alcohol on hand to clean up the needle every couple of stitches. Not at all what I expected.

Works well with ribbon
Excellent quality-used it to hold ribbon in place on material while sewing the ribbon onto material, worked really well. Have made several ribbon skirts with it and still have some left.

The perfect product to hold your fabric perfectly in place to sew.
I started to use this product years ago for holding fabric in place for craft sewing but I have found that it is perfect for all sewing when I am looking for a perfect seam with no puckering. It takes longer to set things up that when using pins but worth every second I spend when you I see the finished project.

horrible chemical smell
Not even sure if the product worked but I had to return because the second I opened the package, I was hit with a horrible and extremely strong chemical smell. I am currently airing out my house. There's no way I would use this on any of my sewing projects that will eventually touch someone's skin!
