After a bit of a mix up with the delivery we used the knife to cut a cooked joint of beef. Wow! It glided through the meat so easily. The knife has a bit of weight to it which assists with the cutting and feels really good in your hand. It appears to be well made and so far I would say excellent value for money. I would buy this brand again.

I bought this for cutting tray bakes etc It has a good length blade that feels a good quality & does the job.

The knife is really well presented if giving it as a present It has a solid feel. I’ve used only once so far and it was nice to have thin, even slices of meat rather than my usual hacking job. Definitely sharp enough from the box. Recommend

To think I've been struggling with so called sharp knives for so long when I could have had a knife of this quality. It makes carving so easy therefore safe. No pushing through meat joints, it just glides. Would thorough recommend.

It was delivered in a nice box and plastic sheath. This knife was much heavier than expected, it was much thicker and not very flexible, looking robust and well put together. Although I almost returned it after the first inspection. However, I chose to trust the previous reviews and waited till the Christmas ham was ready. This knife actually works! Long slow cuts produce thin and even slices. I was able to cut wafer thin… for the first time on a consistent basis. Same result for Beef. Then I saw it being used to cut through a wax encased Cheddar cheese. This knife has maintained its edge, so I’ve not needed to sharpen it yet.

Extremely sharp. It cuts meat like it’s butter. I am very pleased with my purchase and it was delivered quickly.

Love my knife. Tried the Japanese shaped ergonomic and returned. Felt as if it needed sharpening ! This knife is SHARP, STURDY, WELL MADE and can highly recommend. Mustn’t go in the dishwasher but no problem with that.

This is an extremely sharp carving knife. It easily slices through meat and gives you a clean cut surface. So far, I'm very happy with this tool.

This is a great knife. The blade is sharp and the whole knife has a very good weighted feeling. I use it to carve up Tomahawks and it cuts through smoothly and easily. Enjoying it very much
