Wow, what a great design! I tore my rotator cuff and wake up every night in terrible pain. My physical therapist recommended sleeping with a pillow between my knees, pillow under my affected arm and pillow behind my back to prevent me from rolling over towards my injured side. Ugh! It was a mess with pillows everywhere and I couldn't change positions without completely waking up and moving everything. I was finally desperate for some sleep and searched for body pillow/pregnancy pillows hoping that would help. I found this pillow which is incredible!Here is why I love this pillow so much...1. I love that there are actually 4 separate pillows- 3 of which you can zip together. You can configure this pillow so many different ways or you can use the pillows separately2. The manufacture was genius when they installed the zipper on the 3 large pillows to allow you to adjust the stuffing. They say you can add or remove stuffing for your comfort, but they send the pillows to you very firmly stuffed so I can't image adding any stuffing, but you can remove whatever you need to make it the perfect height. I removed 2 bags full of stuffing so the head pillow is the most comfortable pillow height for me and both of the longer body style pillows are now the perfect thickness for my leg to lay on top and allow the correct ergonomic position for my hips.3. The cover is a velvet soft material. Its super soft and comfortable. (it might hold in heat though if you tend to sleep hot). It's also easy to remove and wash which I love.4. With the 3 big pillows zipped together they designed a section at the top that only has the cover material and no pillow. This is the perfect spot for our arm to lay when your on your side. I used to sleep with my under arm tucked under my pillow when I was only side, but my physical therapist said this is actually really hard on your shoulder joint and you should not be laying on top of your arm that way. So, now I lay my arm in that gap, which is below my head and more at shoulder height and it works great! Comfortable and better for my shoulder joints.5. The 4th pillow is not adjustable- no zipper to adjust the stuffing and the cover does not come off this pillow. But it works great to tuck under your arm to again give you an ergonomic support and correct position for your shoulder joint. This pillow would also work perfect for supporting your belly if your pregnant.

Best pregnancy pillow ever ! You will never want to hug your hot body hubby again .Preg from Dec to Aug. You can also separate each pillow . Easy to wash . Man I wish to use the full pillow but now I just hug half of the pillow doesn't take up as much space. Well at least for my bed . Guess just depends on the size of bed you have but I have a king size. So basically the was my side of the bed . But wow I slepted like a baby . Great for your belly to be comfortable 👌

I am pregnant - not my first pregnancy but the first time I'm trying a body pillow. I am also on bedrest, and if you've been there before, you know how uncomfortable it can get to be sitting/reclining/laying all day. I tried a full U shaped one first but it was too bulky and didn't conform to my body shape, but the bigger issue was that the material was smooth (it had a cooling cover) so it kept slipping away from me and I lost the support. I then bought this pillow about 2 weeks ago and have slept with it nightly.What I love about it:It really works to support my body all over. I am sleeping through most of the night (before I got this pillow I was tossing and turning most of the night and could not sleep, so this is amazing). My terrible leg cramps have decreased tremendously, I usually wake up once per night with a leg cramp that isn't too bad. My stomach and back are more comfortable too.I like that it is not too full and firm, so when I put it between my knees it doesn't separate my legs too much (something I had an issue with by the first pillow). It also conforms to my shape nicely.I love that you can customize it in any way that works for you. I usually like to sleep with my own head pillows and use the rest, but there have been nights that I only used 1 part. It's very versatile and you can easily rearrange it however you want.I also really like that little extra pillow that goes anywhere. I find myself using it during the day under my belly when I'm resting on the couch.Finally, the material and the strap that goes around the 2 sides of the pillow prevent it from sliding away, giving me support all night long. It's not an uncomfortable strap to sleep on, and the velcro stays out of the way and doesn't bother me at all.The only things I don't love about this pillow:While the material is not as hot as I thought it would be, it is definitely not cooling. It's ok, I just wish there was a way to make a cooling cover that's plush and not smooth so it wouldn't slide away. I sleep with a very light blanket and don't cover myself all the way, but I am waking up pretty warm. It's part of being pregnant... I think that this is harder for me because I'm not a body pillow type of person. I like sleeping with my bed empty and nothing around me. But right now this is what I need to get sleep, and it really is very comfortable.Also, the pillow is pretty one-sided, meaning that it works well when the longer part is against my back with the bottom curve tucked between my knees, and the shorter side against my front. If I want to turn over during the night and don't want to flip the whole pillow (which isn't so hard to do as it's not too bulky, it would just mean me getting out of the pillow first), I lose some of the support especially by my belly. My back is still fine and the bottom J shaped part still fits between my knees, but I usually need to add the little extra pillow by my belly and then have the rest of the long pillow uselessly in front of me. Again, it's not the biggest deal and the pros far outweigh the cons.

Although I’ve only used this pillow the first night, in my second trimester I have been in a lot of pain especially not being able to get comfortable and being hyper mobile sleeping was really a challenge for my husband and I. As soon as I found what position best fit me this was the first 8 hours I have been able to sleep with my baby girl and husband both comfortable and even more so myself! This pregnancy has been super hard on my body and I have caught little to no breaks between symptoms and discomfort. This pillow has changed my sleepless nights into for the first time in a long time a full 8 hours. I will say as the back pillow worked best as a belly support and the smaller side of the pillow best for back support, my husband also get plenty of room to be able to sleep comfortably on his side also, without disturbing me! The zippers are not a problem for me as much as I’ve seen them bother other people I recommend adding an additional head pillow over the back of this pillow for additional comfort potential. Being able to have elevation gain soothes heartburn/ indigestion, with the bigger pillow I can control leg support! No complaints from me haha so far I should say! Let’s hope that in the future this pillow will always be as good quality for my baby and I! I recommend!

I’m obsessed with this. It’s everything I wanted my Leachco Snoogle to be last time. I’m 7 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy.So my preferred sleeping method, even when I’m not pregnant, has been affectionately referred to as the “spaceship method” which is basically just literally surrounding myself with pillows because I like full body support. I need my front and back to be hugged just so. I need something between my knees AND my ankles. I need something thick enough to be a good snuggle for my arms. And I need it to be nice and firm but still soft and cozy. This thing covers all the bases as far as support goes. I haven’t tried the additional belly support pillow yet since I’m only 7 weeks pregnant but I will probably just get one of those small foam wedges and not use that feature.Another feature I didn’t expect to love was the zippers to detach the pillows. I thought they would be clunky and bother me while trying to get comfy. But actually, I don’t notice them at all, and the zippered parts make kind of a hinge so you can get out of the pillow and make adjustments really easily. With my snoogle it was like trying to wrestle with a dead body when I wanted to readjust lol. I guess I sometimes wish there was more padding around the zippered parts but I think then the “hinge” thing might not happen.The only thing I don’t love is the material. I was pretty sure the listing said this was made of cotton but I was not really expecting to get 100% cotton. I sleep hot and the material on this does make it worse. For those nights I just cover this baby up with a cotton sheet and it solves the problem. For the most part though, it doesn’t bother me and is quite nice to the touch.This arrived vaccuum sealed but it puffed up nicely in a few hours. I should have waited longer but I could not wait to take it for a test drive. It’s got plenty loft for me and as you can see I am pretty picky! However, it doesn’t take up so much of the bed that my partner feels like he doesn’t have room.My fiancé and our 4 year old son fight over it when I get out of it! Lol. The price was amazing and I’m so glad I didn’t wait to make this purchase!

Honestly. This pillow was great for a couple of nights. I was so excited to have a solid body pillow to make sure I didn’t roll onto my back. I’m a super back sleeper, so as much as I try, I will always flip on my back. But that’s just a personal problem.TL:DR the pillow itself is great. The strap and wedge pillow are useless. If you need support to stay on your side, don’t buy it. If you just need extra comfort and don’t care if the arms don’t stay in one spot, then sure, this is great.Let me start with the Pros: the head part of the pillow is perfect, holy cow. The height is magic and the stuffing is lovely. The rest of the pillow has stayed well fluffed for the couple of weeks I’ve had it.And onto the consI was also so excited about the band in the middle and the wedge pillow. Sigh. You either get the band loose enough so it’s comfortable, but your back support is a whole 12 inches away, or you make it tight enough that your back support is right there, but it’s digging into your side. I tried using it for a couple days and it just bunches up and will never lay flat again. I flattened them out as much as possible for the pics.And BOY the “wedge pillow” is a joke. It is sewn in the shape of a wedge... but it’s more round than triangle. It has done nothing to help.Why don’t you just not use the band then? Because the arm will literally fall to the side of the bed without being strapped down.. sigh

I 100% sleep so much more better and am very glad I bought it. It’s big enough and super comfy. And easy to get up and out of. And I can use it anywhere I sit in the house pretty much and it’s easy to travel with. Because of the detaching.

I wanted to wait before I wrote a review on this pillow and it's been 1 month now. I can honestly say that this pillow is fantastic! I am not pregnant, but I bought it based on the reviews to help with pain relief from arthritis in my lower back, both my knees and fibromyalgia. I also had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder and broke my tail bone 2 years ago and still get pain and have sciatic pains so I wanted to see if this pillow could help with support and give me some kind of comfort. I was getting tired of sleeping with 5 different pillows between my legs, behind my back, under my arm, etc. This pillow did the trick!! The fact that it is connected helps to keep it from moving around no matter if I toss and turn in my little spot. It stays put even if I don't. The long length was a wonderful idea. Being 5'9 and trying to find a pillow long enough to go between my legs while keeping my ankles still on the pillow was always hard but these guys found a way to figure it out so thank you. I love the fact that you can take out the stuffing or add to it if you don't think it's hard enough. To me, it's perfect so I didn't have to do anything. Whoever came up with the idea to take it apart was a genius because I use my water pillow that my chiropractor gave me instead of the top one it came with but I use all of the other ones. Even the little pillow is helpful to take up that little bit of space between my back and the pillow so that there is no negative space at all and I'm lying against a pillow all night. I wake up in the mornings majority of the time with no pain in my legs and my back usually doesn't have as much pain as it used to. (I'll never be completely pain free so let's not blame a pillow for that 😂) I can say I sleep comfortably most of the time so I'm glad I bought this pillow. I'm just sad that it took me this long to think about buying one.

He pasado casi todo el embarazo sin esta herramienta, pensaba que era totalmente innecesaria. Hasta que he llegado a los 8 meses, y la incomodidad para dormir se hizo insoportable. La he comprado, viene en un paquetito pequeño todo comprimido. Para mí sorpresa le sacamos del empaque en pocas horas alcanzó su tamaño y forma! Me encanta la tela del forro, es tipo gamuza, pensé que me daría mucho calor (soy calurosa a morir) pero que va! La textura es súper agradable y tiene cremalleras/cierres para ajustar, quitar, cambiar cada una de sus 4 piezas. Es muyyyyyy cómoda, para durante y luego del embarazo, incluso la han puesto a prueba mi marido, mis hermanas y ahora todos quieren una. La comodidad y posibilidad de poder encajar como un puzzle el cuerpo (pancita de embarazo), la postura de espalda, cadera, piernas y brazos se adapta a cualquier persona! Cómo enfermera, la recomendaría no sólo para el embarazo, sino también para personas a quienes le cuesten conciliar el sueño e incluso para el acomodo de adultos mayores y de personas encamadas.

This pillow is so incredibly comfortable. It took a few days to find my sweet spot but now, OMG, it is the best thing ever. So soft, with just the right firmness to support your head, neck and limbs and it holds you in place so no more rolling onto my back and constantly waking up. I had been looking for something like this for a while and when my friend suggested this one..... because she absolutely loves it too, I decided to go with it as well and it is one of the best purchase ever. I highly recommend it.
