How many months have these lasted you as an everyday work sock?

Hi, I haven't used them as work socks, but the first pair lasted me through ten wears (spartan races), the other one ripped through the very event I bought them for (so only 0.5 wear). Go figure

Do they help cushion your shin when doing j hook

I don't use the j hook, but there is definitely plenty of cushion in the heel, they did great during my first Spartan Sprint at Wintergreen Resort, made a pretty "comfortable" run for me.

What's the compression support level in mmHg? I'm looking for medium (15-20) to firm (20-30).

These socks are 15-20 mmhg true graduated compression. They are not medical but made with a performance rating. Hope that helps! Team MudGear

What's the best way to wash these?

I wash them using a sports detergent, like Hex or Nikwax with no fabric softener. They come out of the wash in great shape then let them air dry.
