NutriVolv Myo Inositol 1000mg with Folate & Chromium | 120 Capsules | Hormone Balancer

I must stress, I have been taking this alongside some other supplements so it's impossible to say whether the improvements I've experienced have been solely down to this one.I have always suffered with PMDD and it has gotten so bad in recent years that I actually had a private consultation where it was agreed I could pay to have a hysterectomy privately after the NHS refused. I suffer throughout most of my cycle with pain in my stomach, back, chest area, head, plus constipation, diarrhoea, nausea and many hormonal symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, low mood, irritability, fogginess.. the list goes on.I was looking online recently at supplements I could take, based on people who had a similar experience to me and this was one that came frequently recommended.As I said, I can't confirm whether it's solely down to this supplement or not but taking it amongst others has made me feel like a new person. I am still suffering with the symptoms but on nowhere near the same level. I've not been tired for no reason, my head feels clearer, my mood feels more stable and I have more energy.The only downside is the tablets are quite large, I've never had an issue with swallowing tablets so they're fine for me, but I think someone who does have difficulty may struggle to take these.Overall I would recommend these tablets to anyone suffering with menstrual issues. I will definitely be buying them again before I run out!

I rarely write a review for any supplements - in fact I have never - but I firmly believe this supplement has been the foundation of feeling more energised, mood balanced, better rested and allowed for a successful breastfeeding journey this time around.I have recently ran out (now buying more) after taking these supplements for around 6 months and have found myself feeling totally knackered all day (as per my previous state), getting more snappy with people, hands shaking, wanting to snack on unhealthy foods and very bloated compared with when I was taking these. Will be back on these for the foreseeable as they are the only supplements I’ve ever taken where I’ve felt and seen such a massive positive effect.

I also experienced very slight bloating on a few days, though it went away quickly.Still, if you want a simple, effective way to add myo-inositol to your wellness routine without mixing powders or dealing with flavors, these capsules are a great choice. Just have a little patience, and they do their job.

After doing a lot of research I found this are beneficial for menopause women and helps stop my sugar cravings.Everyday all day i was craving sugar which never happened to me before and i felt like it was out of control. I put 3 stone of weight on.These tablets helped control my craving from day 1 and the weight is coming off. So far I've lost 21lb and have no sugar cravings at all. My mood has improved aswellI take 1 tablet a day instead of the 2 recommend.
