Good product. Very convenient.
I really enjoy using this thermos. I work outdoors so can't brew extra tea to drink throughout the day. This keeps my tea hot throughout the day, and the included cup is easy to drink from.

Hot tea anytime of day!
It kept my tea hot for over 6 hours! I accidentally left some tea in it overnight and the next day it was slightly warmer than room temperature. I didn't expect the thermos to work so well.

This will definitely keep your drink hot.
I'm very impressed with this thermos. I did a ton of research, comparing a lot of products to look for something I could use to take with me in the car or for long days. If you're a person who loves hot beverages even in unreasonably hot weather, this is the thermos for you.Don't judge me too harshly, but I made hot coffee in this while in Arizona, drove around all day, forgot I even had coffee that night when it was well past dark, and twelve hours after brewing it found it was still piping hot. The best feature of this thermos is its heat retention.I was surprised that the cup/top is quite small - if you look at the model's hands, it would fit into the palm of their hand, and no joke, is more like a child's cup. But, as someone who has small hands, it works well for me. It's fairly narrow and slim, so it does rattle a little in a car's cup holder, but hasn't leaked on me yet. Overall, I would definitely buy it again.

This is by far the worst vacuum bottle I have ever used
This is by far the worst vacuum bottle I have ever used. The beverage comes out from under a flip-up nozzle, which means you have to put your lips over the top of the flipped up nozzle which will close as soon as your lips come in contact with it, or you have to put your upper lip below the flip top which there is very little room for and inevitably you will spill your 180 degree beverage all over your lips, chin, and shirt. It comes with this ridiculous little cup which is no bigger then a shot glass and impossible to drive with, trust me I tried this morning. The worst part is I gave them $18 dollars for this...Do yourself a favor and move along, there is nothing to see here.

Decent, but not a lifetime product
Keeps temperature well, used it a few times (less than 15) since I bought it and was overall pleased, but must note a few things:The cup has a plastic smell that wont go away, so I avoided using it for most. and the canister itself had a metallic one.After being stowed away for a month or so (lid open, covered loosely by the cup) opened it up and noticed rust on the inside. (Photo attached)If you're using it regularly, might be fine, but doesn't give the appearance of something that lasts.

Leaks and wont stay open
Keeps water cold but the button to open snaps or won't stay open. It's pinched my lip twice already cuz it would snap closed as I'm drinking. Half the time, it takes me several tries before it stays clicked open. Also seems to leak from the top where the gray part screws into the bottle. Defective product? Don't know what's wrong with it but only used it for one day.
