When I put them on the disk the pictures are up right. Once in the frame I have pictures that go sideways. I have figured out how to rotate the photos however they do not stay once I rotate them to the upright position. The instructions are not helpful in this arena and it was by accident that I found the rotate button. I also at this time have no recourse which is really frustrating. plus I gave this as a gift to my aunt so she can have photos of her grandbabies.
