Depends on use
Good - made an omelette with 1 egg, 3tbs of egg white powder mixed with 140ml water, ham, spinach, cheese and half a protein wrap. Not bad for 339 cals and 34g protein. It was nice. A little different but good texture.Not so good for baking. It’s VERY hard to mix. My cake came out with rubbery bits of egg white. It was not edible.A keeper for omeletes but at first attempt, not suitable for baking. Will try again with a hand blender
