Compré este cinturón para mis entrenamientos de fuerza y me ha funcionado muy bien. Da buen soporte en la zona de la espalda y el abdomen, y se siente firme sin ser incómodo. La talla me quedó correcta y el ajuste es fácil de usar. Lo he usado en varios entrenamientos y se ve resistente y de buena calidad. Estoy satisfecha con la compra y sí lo recomiendo para quienes hacen ejercicio o levantan peso.

I’ve been lifting with this belt for a few months now and the quality is so so good for the price! I love how supportive the back piece is, and the belt itself is holding up great from taking it on and off during training. I love the metal finishes around the holes for the buckle, it definitely adds an extra layer of protection. When this one wears out (forever from now) I’ll definitely repurchase! 10/10

Never expected much from buying such a cheap belt on Amazon, however I got what a paid for I feel. It definitely will wear down on the inside fast but I also lift consistently and go heavy for myself. I accidentally ordered an XS instead of a Small but it still works well. Extremely stiff but after 2 months of usage it'll go away. Did 4 stars because it definitely isn't perfect but I got a decent quality belt for the price.

I use this belt during home gym workouts. I have bad back problems but I love to lift but this helps me keep my back from caving in while lifting definitely something amazing I never knew I needed

The inside of the belt started coming apart on the first use. I was wearing a black t-shirt to the gym so the inside of the belt started coming apart and you could see all the little balls of white fabric from the belt on my t-shirt. All I reached out to the seller, but there was no answer. I recommend you spend a little more money and don't go through this trouble.

This belt is supposed to be a woman’s small and I have one set of holes left at 28” waist!

Belt itself it’s ok. Pricey for the actual quality though. The problem is that it arrived shipped in half and since it’s made of lather it’s not quite uncomfortable to wear.

This fits very small. I went by the size chart, and although I don’t plan on putting any size on the chart is not accurate
