Good sleep.
Brilliant. Been using these for one week. And my sleep has improved. I have been going to bed earlier. So that could be helping. But I am now having unbroken sleep. And that’s what I purchased them for.

Solid magnesium option that does its job
I’ve been using Viridian’s High Potency Magnesium for a few weeks now, and overall, I’ve found it to be a solid supplement. I decided to try it out mostly to help with tiredness and fatigue, and I've noticed some improvement in my energy levels, especially during the afternoons when I usually hit that slump. The fact that it’s vegan and has no artificial fillers is a huge plus for me. It feels good to know I’m putting something clean into my body. I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills, but these capsules are fairly easy to take. There’s no weird aftertaste or anything, which is nice. On the downside, I did experience some mild stomach discomfort initially. It wasn’t terrible, but I think it’s worth mentioning. I figured it was just my body adjusting, and it did get better after a few days, so maybe it’s something others might experience too. Also, the dosage is a bit on the higher side for magnesium, so if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to start off with a lower dose. In summary, I’m pretty satisfied with this magnesium supplement. It seems to do what it claims, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing and clean formulation. Just be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, and you should be good to go.

Great price for top quality magnesium
Easier to swallow than the tablets, no acid burn , generally felt better after taking for a couple of weeks or so 😀

Better sleep and no RLS but a tad laxative
Only 4 stars because I’ve noticed quite a laxative effect… admittedly this was needed somewhat but if it becomes a problem I may have to stop taking it. However on the plus side my sleep is improved and although still waking twice a night I’m going straight back to sleep. And no sign of Restless Legs! Hope it continues
