My main goal was to really snatch my waist and flatten my lower belly, and while it provided some compression, it wasn't as strong as I expected. What I did like was how it smoothed out some of the areas I'm usually a little self-conscious about. Instead of creating lumps or lines under my clothes, it gave me a smoother silhouette, which made me feel more comfortable and confident in my outfit. I also noticed it gave my booty a slight lift and a little extra shape. It wasn't anything dramatic, but it was definitely a nice bonus and I liked the way it looked.
