In July, I purchased this for use during our next family cold. That time has come. I have followed the general instructions and problem-solving information. To no avail. The water container is not over-full, I have pushed the button over and over again which, in theory, is supposed to activate a stubborn Lozure. I can get 5 seconds of spray and then have to plug it in for a few minutes to get another 5 seconds of spray. Of course, I am stuck because our cold came more than 30 days after purchase. My bad. It will telling if I get a response from the seller.

I originally purchased this to use as a produce cleaner/ sanitizer. First I wanted to make sure that it would actually remove bacteria. I currently use commercially produced vegetable wash made from grapefruit seed extract or food grade hydrogen peroxide.In general, I prefer natural cleaning products and this ozone water sanitizer seemed like it would be very useful and reduce product costs. I performed a simple test to see if the ozone would truly work as a sanitizer. I have an under mounted sink that loves to collect bacteria along the brim. I am constantly spraying hydrogen peroxide around the brim and it bubbles up indicating the presence of bacteria. For my test I used the Lozure Ozone Water Sanitizer to spray around the brim of my sink. I let the ozone dry on the surface. I then sprayed hydrogen peroxide around the sink brim. SUCCESS no bubbles were produced, meaning no bacteria, meaning this ozone water sanitizer really works!!! Since that day I have so many uses this sanitizer I wonder why I did not think of this before. Here is what I use my sanitizer for: Produce Cleaner, Sponge Sanitizer,Sink and Counter Sanitizer, Dishwasher Sanitizer,Wash Machine Sanitzer ** especially useful on a front loader with a seal, Laundry Pre-Treatment **Reduces Warm or Hot Water washes, and is really good on heavy bath towels or workout clothes. Sometimes I just sanitize my hands. The things I like the most about this ozone sanitizer is that I can sanitize something and not have to rinse anything off (ie...chemicals). Just spray and use what you just sanitized. Most important is the portability. I take this into the bathroom to santize my toothbrush, stop in the laundry room gives it a spray and then back to the kitchen. The only maintenance is filling the reservoir with tap water and recharging it. The Lozure Portable Ozone Water Sanitizer has a permanent home on my kitchen counter.
