Eukanuba Premium Performance Puppy Pro Dry Dog Food, 4 lb Bag

We switched to Eukanuba for our older dog and decided to start our puppy on it too. Not that we want our puppy to have more energy like it brought our 14 year old GSP. Our puppy likes it but he also would eat flower's, old fruit and sticks if we let him.

This puppy food really helped my puppies stools during his transition from the small breed Eukanuba puppy food he was getting from my breeder. It must have more fiber, because anytime I run out of it and resort back to something else the stools get loose and hard to pick up out of the yard. I feel that this is a quality food based on my puppies coat, energy level and overall appearance when he eats this food. Also I love the shape of the kibble. I haven’t seen anything like it for puppies but it really makes sense. It looks like mini Cheerios, so they are much easier to chew than some other puppy foods.

Chewy was back ordered and the puppy arrived early. Glad to be able to get this next day as the pet stores in my area do not carry this.

Puppy had loose stools for moths since she was adopted. Had multiple vet appointment whom kept insisting on hills dog food and with all visits and nothing solving the problem went against vet recommendations chose this brand and problem resolved in 3 days

It’s great that Amazon has been so efficient with getting this high brand of food to us in good care. And so fast because we can only store so much at a time in our bin so it’s not like a long wait meaning I can order it days before needing it. Thank you!

Wouldn’t choose any other food for my shorthair.

So my puppy has yet to learn to be picky, but wow did she love this food. So it is on the pricy side and I think its because its loaded with vitamins. DHA, glucosamine. I have a large breed dog and I love that foods are starting off early with giving glucosamine and chondritin. I've noticed my dogs tend to not want to take the supplements as they get older and this is a great way to start it early and give them a running chance with any issues that may occur in the future. Overall I think you are paying good money for a good product. The first ingredients listed are chicken by-product followed by brewers rice, which I feel maybe could have been straight chicken for the price paid. Not grain free which I appreciate (not judging but please do research), so overall I think its a good food.. I wish the price woud be lower which is why I deducted a star.

This is the first dog food that my dog doesn’t get sick on.
