support is awful
UPDATE: 6 weeks later .. still haven't received large c bowl after the original was delivered broken. I'VE tried contacting the seller twice about one of the bowls being delivered broken and have not heard from anyone in over a week. And the only way to contact them is through email. Very frustrating! The other bowls sound amazing though!

Wand has a heavy metal end that cracked my bowl.
I had these and was pleased, UNTIL I was carefully storing them and accidentally dropped the plastic wand into the 7 inch bowl in its case and crack! You'd think the manufacturer would make a wand that didn't so easily break the bowl. Also, there's no way to contact customer service. And they no longer sell the 7 inch once that got broken. And I'll never buy from them again.
