Good stuff here for recovery

So, after the very first workout, I can honestly say I feel something different. I am working out daily...I usually sip my ZOA during the workout for a little caffeine, aminos, and BCAAs during my session. Today, I mixed this product with 12oz of water...and it was way too sweet for me. I eliminated sugar from my diet long ago, so this hit hard in my tongue. May not feel that way to others. I then added 4oz more water to get it to 16oz. The product says mix with 12 or 16oz, so that was fine. Threw in a little ice, and it is a very fine powder, so it mixed down well. I still feel that they don't need two sweeteners. There is Acesulfate Potassium (more commonly known as Ace-K), and Sucralose (the generic name/form of a certain sweetener that comes in a yellow packet). I use the yellow packet stuff as my regular sugar substitute, so I am used to that taste and accustomed to it. In fact, I would probably say I prefer the taste to regular sugar now. If the company decides to dial it down to just sucralose, that may make it that much better for me. I knocked down the 16oz before my workout, and still kept my ZOA can for sipping during the session. My workout went very well. I really did feel like I was bouncing back more quickly between sets...and by the time my workout was done, I felt like I could do two more rounds. I wasn't as worn out as I usually feel from day to day during the same routine. In the coming days/weeks, I can see how this product will enable me to get in more reps, harder reps, and quality reps. I will monitor for the growth and recovery impacts in the upcoming days and weeks. I didn't want to post a review this early, but based on the initial 1 scoop dose on my first workout with this stuff, I can honestly say I am impressed! One other thing I will be watching closely...is why there is a warning on the bottle for possible lead exposure with use of this product. Why is that there? Is this a normal concern with amino products? I will need to research this further, but based solely on how I felt using this product for the first time, it seems to definitely have the intended effects. I'll update this review as needed to make sure you all have the latest from my experiences using this product.

I have tried several supplements from this brand and I was satisfied. I am sure you all know how to read and already understand the composition, so I will not repeat what is included here and why. But I definitely like this composition and this taste. So: - dissolves well in water, but precipitates, this is normal, so I shake it before each sip; - I am skeptical about the statement to drink after a workout and I drink according to my mood and need: before, during, after or instead of training;) this is also possible, but the muscles do not grow from this. Muscles grow from the complex: simulator, nutrition, rest, supplements, sleep, healthy lifestyle; - I like a convenient wide jar, no need to try to stick your hand into the narrow neck to get the product from the bottom. As you know, usually banks are only half full, yes marketing. I like it, my body is happy.
