I have had the scale for a couple of months, and it has served all of my purposes for such an endeavor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed! Perfect for the price! *by on Reviewed in the United States 18 September 2025* Starting with the negative- I don't know how to turn it off. There is an auto-off setting thankfully, but the off button is the same as the "on" and "tare" button. Edit: hold down for a few seconds and it turns off. I was too rushed to think of that previously lolI really like this scale for my coffee and baking! It is not the most detailed scale, but it gets the job done. Mainly, you get whole numbers of grams and not the intervals in between. (ex. 10-11 grams but not 10.1,10.2 etc.) I don't think this is the case with the liquid measurements, so I'm a little confused about that.It is very light because it is made with plastic. I enjoy this because its quiet in the mornings and I don't get scared of dropping it. I got the white color which gets dirty easily, but the material cleans very easily! I like the way it looks and its easy to navigate! My grandmother had never seen someone bake using a scale instead of cups/teaspoons, etc. so she was fascinated by this. She found it easy to use, and was glad to not need to clean as many dishes :)I enjoy the mode to measure mL in water and in milk. There is a little white bar that lights up at the bottom of the screen to show you what mode you are on! I also noticed that there is a small bluetooth light on the screen. I have no idea why or how to use it, but I will update if I find out! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3 years later and still working like a champ! *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 May 2026* I purchased this, because I started feeding my dogs homemade raw and needed a scale to measure how much to feed him to keep him at a healthy weight. It's been 3 years now and still working like new. I believe I only changed the batteries once and I use the scale at least once a month, sometimes more often if I need to feed him less because his momma (Me) tends to feed him a little too much treats. This should be a staple in your kitchen for raw feeding. ## Frequently Bought Together - Etekcity Food Kitchen Scale, Digital Mechanical Weighing Scale, Grams and Ounces for Weight Loss, Baking, Cooking, White - 2 Pieces Dough Scraper Bowl Scraper Food-safe Plastic Dough Cutter Flexible Plastic Scraper Practical Bench Scraper Multipurpose Food Scrappers for Bread Dough Cake Fondant Icing, White, Green - Pro Dough Pastry Scraper/Cutter/Chopper Stainless Steel Mirror Polished with Measuring Scale Multipurpose- Cake, Pizza Cutter - Pastry Bread Separator Scale Knife --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/448221894-etekcity-food-kitchen-scale-digital-mechanical-weighing-scale-grams-ounces](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/448221894-etekcity-food-kitchen-scale-digital-mechanical-weighing-scale-grams-ounces) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
