I should start by pointing out I make cocoa with milk, not water. It just tastes way too thin and weak with water. The rating I’m giving is the average of the two.The white chocolate didn’t impress me as much as I thought it would. I’d give it two stars alone. It has much more of an almond milk taste than a white chocolate taste (no, I did not use almond milk). It was good, not great, and not nearly as good as I expected.The salted caramel exceeded my wildest expectations. Five stars for that one alone. It hits with the salt and sweet in alternation, enhancing each other. The flavor is exactly like salted caramel, exactly on point. It’s perfect. Add some marshmallows and a bit of whipped cream and it’s the ideal drink for a cold winter’s evening.I’m going to see if they sell the salted caramel alone. I’m going to need to stock up on that.

I love Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate so was excited to try these two new flavors. The white chocolate was absolutely tasteless and after one sip I poured it down the drain. The caramel had a terrible taste and aftertaste and that one also went down the drain. So disappointing. I’m sticking to my regular dark chocolate hot chocolate.

I was excited to try this product, but when it arrived it was damaged. There is white powder all inside the plastic wrap around the boxes. I’m not comfortable consuming this product in this condition. It was $17.00 and I can’t even exchange it for one that isn’t damaged.

Great flavor! I mix mine with caramel syrup!!

I did not like neither one of them. No good taste at all.
