I use the KontrolFreek FPS Freek Galaxy Black grips every single day, and they’ve made a huge difference. The added height and grip give me better control during fast-paced games, especially shooters. My aim feels smoother and more precise, and I don’t get thumb fatigue like I used to. They snap onto the sticks easily and stay locked in—no slipping or wear even after heavy use. The textured surface gives just the right amount of grip without feeling rough or uncomfortable. If you play FPS games and want tighter aim, quicker adjustments, and more comfort for long sessions, these are absolutely worth it.

These things take a while to get used to, but its really worth it. I’d say give it a week. For me a month of playing and aim training with these on marvel rivals and i feel a huge improvement. I can track and flick better than if i’d had it without it. Sensory wise the tip of your thumb will never slip and even with claw grip it feel comfortable enough. Even though the texture is slightly different. Although notably, i only have the longer one on the right. Im not sure if it improves movement if the left shorter one is on. Probably does. Only nitpicks is that the size doesnt fit the ps5 joystick right as it is one size fits multiple brands of controllers. It squeezes and might deform it over time, if thats something you care about. And 18 bucks is kinda crazy price maybe cheaper somewhere else.

I questioned whether it would make any difference at first, but this has helped me gain a lot more control over my gameplay, I feel like im actually doing the things im meaning to do the way I do them

Good grip, easy installation, looks nice, fits great on my ps5 controller, and comes at a perfect height. I feel like they really help on shooting games. Good quality.

These thumbsticks definitely improve grip and precision, especially for shooters. They’re comfortable, easy to install, and make longer gaming sessions more enjoyable. My only complaint is that they wear down a little faster than I’d like with regular use. Even so, they work well enough that I’d still recommend them.

As another reviewer noted, these are not compatible with the convex thumbsticks on the DualSense Edge. However, simply swapping to the concave thumbsticks that come with the controller solves the issue—the KontrolFreeks fit perfectly. I haven't had a chance to really put these through their paces yet, but they look great and feel very comfortable on the thumbs. I actually had a pair of KontrolFreeks years ago that eventually broke after I dropped my controller. The impact knocked the thumbsticks around and eventually caused the part of the KontrolFreek that grips onto the stick to crack. If these are anything like my previous pair, I expect them to make a noticeable difference in my aim and accuracy, especially for competitive FPS games. One improvement I immediately noticed with this newer model is that the surface feels much stickier and grippier than my old pair, which is a huge plus. I tend to get sweaty hands, especially when playing competitive games like Apex Legends, so having that extra grip is really important to me. After using these briefly, I don't see my thumbs slipping off them anytime soon.

I was skeptical but if you’re like me and would rather spend less $ on these than replace entire controllers due to worn out sticks they are worth the $ for that alone, adding that they are more grippy and have better leverage and control in shooters is even better reason to buy. These are a must buy on every controller in my home console or PC

Improved my accuracy alot. Color was as advertised. Value for money is alright but not the worst. the tactile feel is so good. I live the height and fit onto my controller.
