A: There is a small hole in the bottom but water does not get inside. I can send pic of the bottom when I get home. Love these large colorfully toys plus love the bucket they come in!

They are awesome. Really big and hard to lose. There's a small hole on the bottom but seems like it's sealed, hopefully it stays that way and no water gets in. I got these not only for the bath but for the pool. Solid, hard rubber material and very sturdy. Bright colors and accurate. 2yo already loves them. The bucket is huge and also not flimsy. Woody is holding Forky, though he's not a separate toy, he's still present.
