We have tried fresh and freeze-dried raw food, homemade food, expensive food, cheap food, rotisserie chicken mix-in, ghrelin receptor agonists, etc... pretty much everything. Then, desertcart recommended the four-flavor variety pack of Beaumont Basics Flavor topper, and I took a shot in the dark --I liked that it was a powder that reportedly coated dry food, and I have been dreaming of the day when I didn't have to spend so much time preparing his meals, only for him to nibble a bit (if that) then walk away. Long story shorter, he loved the white cheddar flavor (the others, not so much, but that didn't surprise me because he's not a beef lover, he's been spoiled with rotisserie chicken, and he absolutely cannot stand peanut butter). He now eats his dry food (Science Diet sensitive skin & stomach) when I add a couple shakes of the white cheddar powder and shake it around to coat the kibble. He loves it, he's happier, he acts like a *real* dog with a lot more energy, and he plays with our other terrier a lot more. I absolutely recommend this to other people with picky-eater pets.
