Did not take videos/pictures.
"Like New" $70.00. I had a pair of these glasses before, I know how they operate, but I still followed instructions that came with this "Like New" pair. They charged, but didn't record videos/pictures. When USB attached to pc no light responce (had just recorded from phone in same pc socket). Pushed glasses reset (per instructions), got solid red light, but no download to pc. Reset button is TINY, had no paperclip so used needle. Needle went in far. Did not know if needle did damage (it reset light), did not want to send dangerous item back if it did, so destroyed and threw glasses away. And did not contact seller, thinking that they would resell this pair, like they did to me. So $70.00 down the drain.

It looks good but mine didn't seem to work
Huge disappointment. The video recording worked the first day but after that, it recorded a couple of seconds before conking out completely. It seemed to charge, but after turning it on, the recording light went out after a few seconds. I have to send it back.

Defective Product / Poor Customer Service / Do Not Honor Warranty
Defective frames / poor customer serviceI won a pair of GoVision glasses by in a raffle. The first day I wore the glasses, I noticed a crack in the back between the lenses. By the end of the day, the crack extended towards the lens and all structural integrity of the frames was lost. Although I tried to handle the GoVision glasses with care, the frames broke in two between the lenses.When I contacted Audy Global Enterprises as directed by the warranty card, the customer service rep said I needed “record of purchase” to proceed with the warranty claim. When I explained the GoVision glasses were a raffle prize, Audy Global Enterprises said they would not process the claim without record of purchase. I asked what they did in cases where GoVision glasses were a gift and they said record of purchase would be required.In one of the customer service responses, it was written that Audy Global Enterprises’s goal “is always to provide full satisfaction to all of our customers and because we stand behind the quality and reliability of all of our products. When I replied that based on their response, I thought they would be more concerned about a defect in the frames and want to determine the cause. I sent pictures. The Customer Service Manager, Danielle Febbi, then sent me a message that insinuated I was lying about how the damage occurred to the GoVision glasses.To make a long story short, despite several e-mails expressing that if their goal was to truly “provide full satisfaction to all customers”, then Audy Global Enterprises would make exceptions when customers were not able to provide the record of purchase. I also wrote that GoVision glasses are promoted for use during sporting activities. Therefore a reasonable person would expect that the glasses were able to last more than a week before falling apart. I checked some reviews on line and found several reviews that expressed the exact same concerns I was trying to address with Audy Global Enterprises about their GoVision glasses. The same frame defect was found in different GoVision models.Two things were obvious to me, Audy Global Enterprises has no interest in customer satisfaction and they have no interest in examining defective glasses to determine what is causing the frames to fail and how to fix it.I will never by any of their products and will share this message with as many potential customers as possible.
