Exactly what is the i.d. and the o.d. measurements? i need .25 i.d. and .38 o.d. tubing. idiots have stated 1/4" for id and od! why? what is correct?

Hello The outer diameter of the tube is 1/4 inch The internal diameter is 4.25 mm

Is it flexible or very rigid and breaks easy?

The pneumatic tubing is easy to make bends about 5 inch radius with no issues. It is fairly flexible. I use this tubing to run water to my refrigerators ice maker / water dispenser and have 3 bends with 5 inch radius, and have had no problems since installation 6 months ago.
