I have been using this since it arrived and have had no problems with it. As with all new zips you have to be careful the first few times, but now run very well. The size is ideal for day to day use of essentials.....(if going somewhere you need the complete handbag paraphernalia then it won't be big enough), but if you are sick of your handbag becoming a dumping ground this is great . It holds my phone, glasses, keys, a wallet/purse (again not stuffed with junk) and room for some other things. ( and dog poo bags!) Bought for a teenager who seemed happy with the item. The arm strap is a positive design feature alongside the option of cross body strap. Phone fitted ok but do check that the size of item allows for a particular phone size.
