(Note: Husband of User posting review) Installed in a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. I had been dealing with the window lock button not working for years, however, when I rolled all the windows down one day and only 3 of them would go back up, I knew it was time to replace the switch. My wife works at a dealership and I normally get OEM parts, but when I priced the OEM at $150, I decided, to give after market a try. I looked at switches ranging from $21 to $50. I read several reviews on all of them as I am sure you are doing now. So here is the scoop: The switch arrived, it took me maybe 10 minutes to install, and it works great. Received in one day, in a padded envelope, inside the envelope the switch was in a box and protected. Install was a perfect fit, used all original screws and did not have to modify in any way. The switch is slightly different in feel when pressing the buttons, but not in a negative or positive way, just different. Now I do recommend if you are replacing this switch that you, A) Either order a bezel too, or B) Take the entire door panel off, so you don't break the tabs on the bezel. I had replaced my bezel a few months ago, so I already was prepared to deal with the tabs. This is the one I ordered and it also was perfect match. It's great to have the 2004 Dodge Dakota windows working properly again. It was an easy installation and solved the intermittent window issue I had had for months.

I solved the problem of my passenger windows not working from the driver's side central control in my 2002 Durango. It was relatively easy to install and at an excellent price. No issues after 2 months. It has a different feel to the OEM.
