Second time buying these once added to my Keto veg stir fry I don’t feel I’m missing out on pasta or rice 👍🏻

Great for weight loss. Fabulous selection of 'pasta' shapes. Great alternative to pasta when trying to reduce carb intake. Made a healthy lasagne with the keto sheets, perfect. Made a seafood dish with the tagliatelle. Delish. One packet is plenty for 2 people. Perfect for Type 2 diabetes when trying to lower Hba1C bloods. Easy to use - just empty into a sieve, rinse for a couple of minutes, and add to dish. Also, there's no smell to these. Highly recommend.

I brought the variety pack with all of them Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews but thought I’d try anyway. Upon opening the rice packet it smelled really bad of fish, even after rinsing several times. The smell does not go away after cooking either but decided to still actually try it. The rice it self is very taste less and the texture is not like rice at all, it does however solve my rice cravings anyway after eating it with a usual rice dish so all in all I’d say a success and would probably buy again, just don’t expect it to be just like the food it’s imitating.

These are definitely a 'go to' if you follow keto. You have a variety of packets and plenty in each. I have purchased these a couple of times and will continue to do so. Great value for money as well as a lot of keto goods tend to be on the pricey side, these however and absolute value for money

I heated the sticky rice, it wouldn't fluff up instead turning into the consistancy of baby food & It tasted like mush and went in the bin, checking the other packets they all have the same ingredients so also went in the bin. This put me off trying a Keto diet & wasted £24.14

Absolutely life changing.... sooooo delicious, and indecipherable from genuine rice or pasta... I pan fry mine, before adding a pouch of dhall or veggie hi-protein chilli etc.... tastes so naughty for like, 300 calories.... and no odour. Tital winner.... I would eat it every night if I could.... 5 stars every day!!!!

Convenient No Calorie Pasta and Rice, which requires prep time to rinse it through and has a slight fluid texture, but when mixed in a dish it is quite filling.

Very good keto product. Once you drain excess water they are just as good as normal noodles, and the rice also good substitute. Only issue is although it states pasta they all more like noodles.
