Great Taste, as someone who’s dealt with a heavy soy intolerance all my life, this has really changed up my meal options. Of all the Alternatives I’ve tried, this is the best.

Great for soya food allergies great for stir frys

We’ve bought Noya numerous times and it’s been brilliant – especially for someone with a soy allergy. It’s one of the better alternatives out there. However, in the past few months the price has jumped by 62% – it used to be £5.99 and now it’s £9.71. Was just about to reorder but now seriously reconsidering. Great product, but the price rise is a bit much.

This is the best soy sauce alternative I’ve tried. I first tried coconut aminos as an alternative as lots of people suggest it, but I really didn’t like it. NOYA is perfect. It tastes so close to soy sauce and has been a godsend in my cooking since becoming allergic to soya. It’s fantastic that it’s also gluten free too. I use it in my Asian cooking and also to add a good savoury/umami flavour to meals, it’s very versatile. Couldn’t recommend it more!

For a gluten free and soya free option this is fantastic. I’ve created meals for my friends who don’t have to worry about intolerance when I do and they haven’t noticed any difference.

Excellent substitute for soya sauce (we can't use soya due to allergies)

I was interested to try NOYA Sauce, as I liked the idea of a fermented seaweed alternative to soy sauce (with a Great Taste’ star rating). Sadly, I find it overwhelmingly smells and tastes of yeast extract. Perhaps this is a batch issue but you may as well just stir in a blob of marmite to your cooking. Sorry, I am not overly impressed.
