Good set for Traxxas 2wd and aftermarket motors
I converted my 2wd slash to brushless with the electronics from the Arrma blx line. Only problem is the Spektrum motor had 5mm shaft, stock Traxxas brushed pinion was 3.175mm. This set got me up and running, and having different pinions to experiment with was good. I settled on 24t for my 90t spur, but it's nice to have the others off I want to run lower speeds for smaller areas

0 stars grub screw does not fit
I'm not sure who decided to thread the gear or pinion, but they clearly didn't know what grub screw was going in it and they clearly didn't know the thread type it needed to be cut with. These things are absolutely useless.

Is what it is.
Items came on time in great condition. Doesn't seem to be hardened steel. Shredded one gear already because of loose motor mount! But did no damage to hardened steel spur gear! Ate pinion gear very fast! So I say,not hardened steel!

Gears are good quality, I prefere larger grub screw
Looks fine except uses a 1.5mm grub screw. I have had trouble with anything smaller than 2.0mm staying secured unless tightened really hard which sometimes breaks the end of my hex drivers. Would rather buy something with 2.0mm grub screw so I don't break tools trying to get it tight enough to stay on. I'm running 4s on a 4068 brushless motor, these would be fine for smaller motors running 3s.

Set screws don't fit
Not one of the set screws fit in these pinions. They were all too big to fit in the pinion.
