A pinch of this helps neutralize acidic components in coffee
This form of baking soda is more granulated than normal baking soda. Food grade, aluminum free. A pinch of this in my coffee each morning helps to neutralize acid from the coffee. Healthier coffee results

It's ok, depending on what it's used for.
My kidney Dr told me to drink 1/3 tsp in a glass of water to help against kidney stones. I'd been buying it from the store. I like to drink my water straight from the fridge this doesn't dissolve well that way. Desolves better in room temperature water.

Love this. It doesn’t have aluminum like other brands. I use this to wash my fruits and veggies. I add this to my water…. Great
