If you unroll the curlers correctly they don't make your hair frizzy. If you yank the curlers out you could get frizz. Go slow.

They are made out of plastic so they are somewhat flexible, but they hold their shape.

Q: What are the sizes of the rollers..?

The biggest one is 2.5inch diameters. and big one is 1.7 INCH, small one 1.4 inch

Q: Are these velcro rollers?

No they’re the opposite side of Velcro the side that has pricked. They aren’t soft or velvety. The prickers get caught up in hair, very hard to remove, you yank your hair out when trying to remove. Plus they don’t hold in place you need pins.
