Tidy Tots Diapers Hassle Free Galaxy Snap Diaper Cover

This product is just a cover. It gets 1 star for absorbency because you need an insert of some sort to go in it, but the description says exactly that. The company sells inserts if you want to buy those. I already had prefolds prior to buying this cover, so I didn't bother, and the review for those would be under the prefolds if I had purchased those.Anyway, to the point of reviewing this diaper cover... I really like these. I started buying one of them because I wanted an overnight diaper cover for my toddler. At 27 pounds, my son can no longer wear Alva (heavily advertised on Amazon and inexpensive) diapers overnight despite the fact that most infant cloth diapers are rated up to about 35 pounds; my son has chunky thighs. The Alva diapers work as a daytime diaper with size 2 prefolds, but I don't feel comfortable putting him in a diaper where I am not doing all of the snaps. This means that I was searching for a good overnight cover. I have tried a few child-sized diapers that are intended for kids who still wet the bed and special needs children, but they do not fit quite right yet. I have tried Flip diapers, but those do not provide adequate coverage around the leg during the night. The leg gussets on these diapers are unique and helpful. On top of that, the company making these diapers employs adults with disabilities (and happens to be located about 45 minutes from where I live), so I feel good about my purchase.

I am glad I found this diaper. It is what I wanted in a diaper from the time I started cloth diapering over a year ago. I like having the option to add snap-in inserts or place prefolds in there. It is JUST THE COVER when you buy it, so you will need something to actually absorb the mess. The inside actually goes pretty wide. Placing an insert felt like I was using a Flip diaper, but this one stayed pretty trim. A daytime prefold (size 2) made it look like my son was wearing a disposable, and the nighttime prefold (size 3 or 4) made it look like he was wearing a daytime prefold.My son has pretty chubby legs, so I was worried about things being too tight to fasten or not holding things in well enough. I have high Hope's for this diaper as an overnight option.
