I've used it every night now for over a week. For the price I am very happy with it. The strap is adjustable, the cushion around the eyes and nose make it comfortable. I like that it is not pressed up tight against the eyes. The material is for me is none Irritating. Flexable and no issues with any smells from shipping. Easy to pack and take anywhere you may need it. It is bluetooth and connect easily to my Tablet or phone. It charged quickly and so far I have been able to get it to last at least 3 nights without recharging but I norally charge it on morning 3 so I know it will be ready for the next night. the sound it really good. I have been able to put it on and push the speakers over my ears. It is really nice to have light blocked out as I work nights and sleep days, and the sounds of a thunder storm or ocean waves I normally put on it very relaxing. I use it for sleep but I have used it a few times for when I am using my leg compression and with this I have a nice relaxation session going. Very happy with this.

I work a swing shift and sleep during unconventional hours. This mask is a life saver. I connect the speakers to a 528 HZ healing playlist on Apple Music and it drowns out all the neighborhood noise. I control the actual volume on my phone so it’s not too loud. It’s also very comfortable to wear. No more leaf blower and mower at the crack of dawn. The loud car engines, non-existent. Delivery and garbage trucks, Nope! Even the birds singing at 5am I don’t hear it. What I love is that because it’s connected to my phone, I will still hear my jarring obnoxious alarm. Also when my phone is on DND, I personally set who I allow to reach me in emergency. It blocks out the light and really tricks my brain into thinking daytime is nighttime. I truly cannot be without this mask. My sleep quality has improved soooo much. I might buy another one to have a back up.

The only downside: To get full light blocking, you do need to wear it fairly snug. When tightened enough—especially combined with a full face APAP mask—I do get some mild pressure/redness on my ears. I charge it daily just out of habit, but it hasn’t died overnight. Charging is simple, and the controls are easy to find and use in the dark. I’m improving my sleep habits bit by bit. A natural night owl, I had allowed myself to drift into 2 a.m. bedtime after retirement. In midlife I thought I only needed to be in bed for 6 hours. Guess what? With a wearable, I learned I needed to plan for 8 hours of bedtime to ensure I got 7 hours 20 minutes of sleep my body preferred. Do the math: 2 a.m. plus 8 hours equals a 10 a.m. wake-up alarm, yet the sun rises at 6 a.m…. A sleep mask has helped a lot. Then I started using sleep hypnosis, and a coach mentioned her reasonably priced sleep mask with headphones. This LC-dolida has a deeper eye cup so my eyelashes won’t be mashed. It’s soft and comfortable on the head. The speakers are fairly flat, so I can even wear them comfortably when I sleep on my side. From what I’ve read, such sleep masks can be washed but the speakers must be removed first. However there are many reviews saying the mask stretches out after washing (regardless of brand). I would opt to wash my face before sleeping, and to replace the sleep mask rather than wash it, especially at this price point. The LC-dolida line includes a sleep headphone with silk fabric, which is supposed to be kinder to facial skin. The price for that is considerably higher. I have not encountered any rash or other reaction to the sleep headphone mask I bought. I have owned this for 9 months so far. I have switched to abstract Endel background sleep sounds as a personal preference. The combination lulls me to sleep within a couple of minutes, and if I wake up before my alarm (the body recognizes its needs), the now white noise quickly lets me drop back to sleep. This headphone mask has helped guarantee that I get adequate sleep. Next step: gradually shift to an earlier bedtime so I can have more productive time during the daytime.

So. There are points I like and points I don’t like about this mask. I do like that it’s decently comfortable, because it’s super large it really does blackout everything. And the headphones work decent. The things I don’t like, they are hot, they don’t breathe at all. They are huge, I have to push them up my nose because they feel like they are about to smother me some times. And the earphones are hard. And do eventually hurt. Also pretty sure the Bluetooth is giving me a headache. Could also just be the earphones though. Material is soft, but again doesn’t breathe great. And here I am on my third week of using them, and the battery suddenly died at 9am mid my sleep cycle. Startling me awake. They were fully charged. I charge them immediately and only remove them from the charger when I’m using them. So. That’s not great. Not sure why they died so early when they have lasted just fine until noon. I’m recovering from surgery, which is why I’m sleeping so much. Overall 3 stars. I’d prefer just a bit smaller, breathable material, and softer earphone bits. Oh and if the battery dying is now a new normal not a random moment. That’s going to make me want to send them back. That makes them untrustworthy for sleep.

I love this sleep mask! Although it is quite substantial, it is incredibly comfortable. It has an adjustable strap so its not too tight and the inside padding is soft and goes all around the edges. I listen to pod casts when i cant sleep, so no more uncomfortable ear pods! The sound quality of the speakers is great! I highly recommend this product!

My head is on the smaller end and it fits great! The sound quality is good and the material is soft. I really like the eye contouring. I've had this eye mask for almost two years and it just recently stopped taking a charge. It used to charge really quickly, but now it's not charging at all. Maybe that's only how long it's expected to last? I'm thinking about buying another one, but I don't want to have to keep replacing them every year or so.

Very bad experience, when I sleep on my right it pushes my nose and I cant breathe anymore, also they don’t allow me to return it so I just waisted my money💔

J’ai testé ce masque pour dormir et écouter mes séances d’hypnose… et j’en suis ravie ! Le contour des yeux en mousse à mémoire de forme est incroyablement doux : les yeux ne sont pas écrasés. Le son est d’une très belle qualité, immersif sans être agressif. La texture du masque est agréable au contact de la peau, on l’oublie rapidement une fois en place. Un vrai petit bijou qui transforme l’endormissement en moment de pur confort. Je recommande à 100 % !

It's very well padded in the front, I can't see any light coming through at all. The speakers are surprisingly good quality. It sounds very clear when positioned correctly and I can't hear anything if I don't have them on - meaning partners can sleep without being bothered by the noise. Cons: the speakers are obviously very hard, and there is basically no padding between the speakers and your ears, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The velcro strap is not made with long haired people in mind. Inevitably the velcro will get caught in your hair. Overal a great product, could definitely do with some improvements though
