All was good untill one of the plastic connections on the handle split. Although they are not made for too much pressure it is difficult using a full mop not to use a certain amount and this caused it to break. The mop head is good quality and a different handle has now been fitted.

Really happy with this, we use it as a floor sweeper and it is great. Also came with microfibre pad which is good drying the floor. Excellent value for money

Cracked mop after 2nd use.

It’s a good mop but what I’ve found with a lot of mops the handles aren’t very good. This one keeps sliding down and isn’t long enough. The mop head it self it’s very good.

the cleaner wand cannot be attached it is damaged and does not lock securely in place

All the mop hair go out while cleaning from the first day. It’s quality is bad
