What material is the stir bar coating ? Teflon or nylon or something else ?

This little stirrer is white and seems to be just like all the others ...seems like teflon but the box didn’t have any instructions in it or any description of the contents of the box. Perhaps email the seller to get the specifics. Either way it didn’t work in my flask when I filled it with olive oil and the actual magnetic stirrer didn’t work with the bigger stirrer that I bought separately in the flask. I sent both magnetic stirrers back that I bought. I bought an expensive 2 inch Teflon stirrer with o rings in it to help it not wear out. I am now ordering the more expensive stirrer that supposedly can be used with olive oil. This one actually says it doesn’t work with vicuous liquids. Olive oil is a bit thick. The more expensive one does work with olive oil and coconut oil the seller says.
