Her hair was not styled at all, and when we tried to reshape it and brush it, her head fell off. They are zip tied on. Amazon customer service was wonderful about this and their shipping was timely and before Christmas, unlike the RSG dolls company we ordered the original doll from. They posted this photo and sent us a completely different doll that arrived after Christmas. It was in different clothing, and was pretty ugly. I won't be ordering these reborn dolls again. This one terrified our puppy.
