Print quality is terrible
Print quality is so terrible that you will doubt that whether the book is even genuine. It is printed as if when one uses a low res printer to print a paper in tiny font. Seriously don’t buy. The font is tiny and the print is not dark as black, it is like slightly gray. No I am not complaining about paper quality. It is the terrible print that makes this a waste. Mine does have a hologram from hachette india so I’d think the book I got is genuine. Run away.

Worst presentation, Childish repitition. Kids style language.
Not presented well, full to unwanted elboration, best to read original ACT book: 'Get out of your mind'. Read the original ACT book for clear understanding which is Get Out of your Mind and start living by founder of ACT.

Wonderful book - everyone should read it.
This book is a life changer. I bought it about a year ago and it changed how I think about life. I bought this as a 'pay-it-forward' for a friend who is having a hard time. I could have given my copy to my friend but this is such a great book I wanted to reward Dr Russ Harris with two purchases - he is a genius. For the price of a few coffees, the benefits are way beyond expectations.

Excellent livre sur l’ACT
Le livre présente les principes de l’ACT de façon didactique. La prose est chaleureuse et encourageante. Je suis très séduit par les principes de l’ACT qui sont pragmatiques et puissants.

A highly recommended read for people struggling with mental challenges in their everyday life
My therapist recommended this book because I've been struggling with burnout for some time. The methods described in the book, along with their scientific explanations, have been incredibly helpful in overcoming anxiety and understanding the mental processes that we all experience. Often, we feel powerless when facing trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. This book aims to equip readers with tools to address these issues and achieve better mental well-being.
