These are the best things I have used to stop haie loss for myself
Brilliant pure capsules that really help my skin, hair and nails to grow healthily and strong. You don't really need to be extra ingredients that people advise you to buy with these, pure pumpkin seed oil is just fine as it is, and for me is actually better. I have less hair loss as they use these ones, when I wash my hair. They are not huge, so easy to swallow, and have no side effects. They are great value for money, and they are something that I can't really do without ☺️

Good product
I’ve been taking these for hair growth, I take 3 in the morning with other vitamins, easy to swallow. No noticeable changes as yet but these things take time. Overall happy with product

Large capsule size
I can't say how well they work yet as its too early to know. But they dont leave a nasty aftertaste which is great as sometimes these things do. Only took one off because the capsules are very large so are a bit of a struggle for me to swallow (as i have problems swallowing tablets anyway).

It actually works!
Why did you choose this product over others?: I have alopecia areata and androgenic alopecia. I've had a bald patch of areata in the same place for 10 years. After 3 weeks of taking this daily, I've got baby hairs growing! I am so excited! As to the androgenic, I can't see any hairs yet, but my hair is definitely thicker so it isn't as noticeable. I'm hoping given a bit more time, this will start to grow too. And one thing of note, my constant shedding of hair has stopped. I've gone from handfuls when I wash my hair to the occasional strand! Just to add, I also started taking biotin at the same time. Overall, I'm very impressed so far 👍
