I have this permanently attached to my work from home setup. When I first got it just used it on a single monitor, now am using it on multiple monitors and all the Ports are used, with a USB hub attached to one port. Very impressive no problems or faults like have had with other devices. Am using it on every device I have switch, my phone, my lenovo Legion Tab, Steam Deck, Surface Go 2, Surface Pro 11 ARM and my desktop ITX Dan a4-h2o I move around the house. Am finally writing this review as I thought to use my desktop with it and it works perfectly so I don't have to unplug my keyboard, mouse, and Ethernet anymore (I don't use the video out for the DESKTOP only as I game on it via my video card). Even have it attached to a Jsax USB C extender I think 1 ft that causes no issues with anything. I have installed Windows 11 from a USB drive attached to this no errors. Steam deck works perfectly , for gaming mode will output to first monitor / desktop mode both monitors and steam deck work great. Such a good deal for a Dual Monitor out device WITH Ethernet and even MicroSD. In this price range I don't think anything like this exists. CONs --Only major fault I find fault with this is the MicroSD card implementation is not optimal. Even that is NOT A PROBLEM! Just install any decent USB adapter if you need something full speed in one of the many ports. -Kinda big size wise. Overkill for taking on a trip if you only take one carryon bag.

Purchased a few of these and they worked fine for a few months, but then started having issues with a couple of them. Things like the mouse and keyboard would stop responding or moving very slowly. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting the mouse and keyboard, the batteries, the laptops, etc. Also sometimes the display wouldn't come up. I tried upgrading the video and DisplayLink drivers. I do IT as a living so felt comfortable with my assessment that the docking stations were faulty. They were not travel ones, these 2 were left in my home and used periodically for 2 setups. UPDATE: I spoke with Baseus Support and they refunded the price of these and also recommended a 65W charger for these if having issues. I wasn't putting a big demand on these docking stations (single HDMI and USB adapter for a wireless keyboard/mouse combo), but will see if the charger fixes the issue.

This docking station worked great for about eight months. I got it for a dual HDMI monitor setup on a Surface Pro 9. After eight months, it stopped supporting two monitors. Only one monitor worked at a time, and if cables were inserted into both HDMI ports, neither monitor worked. Very disappointed. UPDATE 3/13/2026: I am updating my previous review to add a star because of Baseus' excellent customer service and new information I discovered after trying out their replacement. Baseus customer support contacted me shortly after I wrote my review. They offered a refund and replacement item (which arrived about two days after they said they would ship it). Both the refund and the replacement were processed very quickly. I am VERY impressed with their customer service. They are super responsive and go out of their way to provide a good customer experience, and they stand by their product. The replacement unit did not solve the problem I described in my original review -- my Surface Pro 9 would still extend only to one monitor at a time when connected to the docking station. After doing further research, I learned that cleaning the display cache in Windows 11 could sometimes solve the kind of problem I was experiencing. So I cleared the cache (requires editing Windows registry), and it worked! I now have both displays extending from my Surface Pro 9 using the Baseus docking station.

Excellent product. Did exactly what I needed which was a small, portable docking station for my MacBook that could do dual monitors. I have no notes, it just works.

Works well but had JUST ENOUGH ports to get by. Had to watch which one I plugged in the facial recognition camera on , didn't work on all of them

I got contacted by customer service for my review and was given a full refund! Quite nice of them, so the review has been boosted by a star. They said my product was likely defective; hopefully, that's the truth! I ended up getting another Docker, but this one's nice for extra cable spots if I need them. I usually leave it in my bag and my better one at home for my pc. Old review below (Still applies, but my unit is likely defective, so) Old Review: Bought this so I could use my keyboard and mouse on my Legion device, but the monitor stutters constantly. A friend told me it was the docker's issue. The SD card also works badly, with the card always having issues connecting for some reason; it's extremely annoying. I'm past the point of returning, though, so I can't. It works ok enough for a charger and for extra USB ports, but be wary of the issues with the HDMI ports and the SD card slot!

Excelente calidad de materiales, aunque podrían mejorar el cable a uno más flexible. Lo compré para usarlo con una MacBook Air M2 y funciona perfectamente. La luz del indicador es tenue y no molesta, aunque calienta un poco el adaptador, no tiene problemas, lo he utilizado por 12 horas continuas. Lo recomiendo bastante.

Good dock for 2 HDMI screens. I have a setup with 3 PCs and just move the USB C connector between them. The USB connector cable could have been a little longer. I had to buy and extention cable.
