Your cat needs this
Best birdie ever. I wish it was sold in multiple packs so I don’t have to keep buying new ones. All cats love its sound and size. - Kerri Moltzon

Sounds like a dying bird, exactly what we wanted!
We had purchased a similar bird at a local store on clearance and we had assumed that the sound it made, which sounded like it was dying, was the reason it was on clearance. However, it became our cats favorite toy and they preferred that sound over others. We bought this item because the other one was on it's last leg, and we had accepted the fact that it likely would sound better than the original. However, this one sounds like it's dying, which is perfect! I threw it to my cats and they bounded after it like it was a real bird. They couldn't get enough of it and we had to hide it away because they kept fighting over it. Looks like I have to get more!

These cats love this thing
I was so disappointed at first because when the bird toy arrived there was no chirping sound. I almost left a negative review, but I decided to wait. It also has other features, like a crinkle sound that was the lure of another toy that I almost bought, so I left it for the cats to see what happened. I don't own any pets, I sort-of babysit three of my neighbor's cats. One is young and played with the toy right away. One is old and didn't want to play with anything. One day he started with this thing and I was thrilled to see it. Then the third cat stayed with me overnight. She had gone to the vet already because she seemed depressed. All she did was sleep. I woke up to her meowing one morning, then I heard the chirping sounds: very faint, but it was there. She was playing with this toy. It took a while for the chirping to start, but it's there now, and all three cats LOVE this toy. I am so happy with my purchase.

My cats didn’t love it but the quality seems good
I bought this for my cats and expected them to really go crazy since it made bird sounds. This does chirp anytime you jiggle it. My cats play with it if I rub cat nip all over it but they don’t play much with it any other time. Even though they don’t love it the toy still seems well made. It’s only had a couple feathers come loose - otherwise it still looks new after a few months. It might just be my cats, I’m sure other cats probably love it and the price seems fair!

The only toys she plays with is this bird and the other Petlinks parrot
I bought this after watching my neighbor's cats go nuts over the tiny Petlinks parrot. My cat is now 12 years old and never plays with any toys, and never had much interest when she was younger. To my surprise, she loved the thing, and loved this bigger model even more. I'm so pleased how she throws this thing up in the air, bounces it and then chases it around the room. The noise is repetitive but not painful to my ears, so I can tolerate it as long as it brings my cat some joy.
